Electrical QC Lead (Sweden) I am recruiting for an Electrical QC Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise to ensure project quality conformance from construction through system turnover. This role is based in Gavle, Sweden on a large Data Centre project with a large Tier 1 M&E contractor. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will plan and execute quality control activities, lead system walkdowns, and support the delivery of first-of-a-kind installations on complex projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Operations, Commissioning, EHS, Supply Chain, and client stakeholders Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) As Electrical QC Lead you will monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Control program and drive continuous improvement Plan and lead system walkdowns in line with project schedules, managing a team of Inspectors Review construction methodologies for off-site manufacturing (OSM) and develop inspection matrices for off-site and on-site works Oversee completion of inspection checklists and closure of snags ahead of W1/W2/W3 walkdowns Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Management, ideally within a data centre or complex construction environment This Electrical QC Lead will need a strong knowledge of applicable industry standards and quality systems ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification and practical auditing experience Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Experience in risk identification, review, and mitigation planning Benefits Salary: €6,000 Net Monthly DOE 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation Return flights home Shared Accommodation & car Opportunities to work on large scale projects If you are an Electrical QC Lead who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
