About Your New Job

Supervise production staff : Ensure the efficient production of manufactured products by organizing and monitoring workflow.

Coordinate with various departments : Liaise with planning, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to meet customer expectations.

Manage performance and training : Develop and train operators and line leads, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Ensure compliance : Maintain adherence to health and safety standards, ISO 13485, and company policies.

Support new product introduction : Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and support the implementation of new products.

What Skills You Need

Relevant qualification : NFQ level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.

Experience : 4-5 years of production supervisory experience, preferably in electronics or cable assembly.

Leadership skills : Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively, with strong disciplinary and performance management skills.

Technical knowledge : Understanding of Lean manufacturing, automated manufacturing systems, and ERP production experience is desirable.

Communication and problem-solving : Excellent communicator with strong analytical, computer, and technical skills.
