As a PE teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, encouraging students to embrace fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

We're looking for someone who can bring energy to every lesson, motivate students to reach their potential, and help create a positive and supportive school culture.

Responsibilities

Teach PE to students in line with the school curriculum and the Leigh Academies Trust standards.

Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sporting values; foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Contribute to the development of students' physical, social, and personal skills and wellbeing.

Collaborate with colleagues across the MAT to share best practice and resources.

Requirements

Qualified teacher with relevant PE subject expertise; ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse abilities.

Commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and high standards of professional conduct.

Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school-wide events as required.
