The ideal candidate is expected to possess a combination of the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor's degree in aeronautical, aerospace, mechanical, avionics, electrical, electronics, mechatronics engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Exceptional skills in prioritisation and deadline management, while maintaining a sharp focus on precision.
• Profound organizational and communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical information clearly and succinctly.
• The capability to deliver timely, customer-centric specialised engineering advice and support.
• A comprehensive grasp of CASA regulations,
• Proven experience in overseeing small to medium-sized design projects or tasks aimed at fulfilling stakeholder requirements.
• Highly developed problem-solving and analytical thinking aptitudes.
