NET / C# Location : Dublin, Ireland Position Type : Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Salary : € (Depending on experience) About the Role : My client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on developing cutting-edge diagnostic platforms and contribute to the ongoing improvement of existing systems, all within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a chance to work on medical device research and development, supporting internal teams and contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities : Design and develop new diagnostic platforms, as well as improve existing platforms.

Develop software and control solutions for medical device platforms.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and software testers.

Contribute to creating technical documentation such as code reviews, work instructions, FMEA, and BOMs.

Perform risk and hazard analysis for products under development.

Report on project and design status to senior management.

Manage design changes for products under development and released.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international standards.

Essential Criteria : Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2years in C# / .

NET.

Degree or higher qualification in a STEM-related discipline.

Experience with requirements gathering and software design.

Familiarity with UI design patterns like MVVM, MVC, and MVP.

Experience with agile methodologies and CI / CD platforms.

Solid understanding of the SDLC.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience : Experience mentoring developers or assisting with project delivery.

Experience with WPF, Win UI, Blazor, MAUI, Xamarin, or Avalonia.

Proficiency in a second programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

Experience with embedded devices and communication protocols.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (MS Azure, AWS) and.

NET Core technologies.

Experience in regulated environments.
