What's the opportunity?
(Role)
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working individual with a proven track record to become part of the Hereworks team.
The Engineer will be responsible for the installation and servicing of all systems that Hereworks provide.
This position requires a team player capable of completing project installation, troubleshooting, and training while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The position may require both early and delayed starting times depending on customers' needs, and occasional weekend work may be requested.
Responsibilities
Perform all tasks within installation process
Responsible for proper installation of products while maintaining a clean and professional environment
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing system issues
Responsible for the accurate tracking of time sheets, service / installation sheets and stock items
Full compliance with company and customer safety systems
Requirements
Experience in either Commercial and Residential Audio Visual Integration or Satellite and Telecoms Installation or IP Connectivity (Networks)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Own Transport is Essential (Full Drivers Licence)
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with both internal and external customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable but not essential
IT / Computer Science / Electronics Degree would be an advantage
Knowledge of equipment manufactured by Crestron, Extron, Panasonic and Kramer or similar companies would be an advantage
Safe Pass (will be accommodated if not already held)
Manual Handling (will be accommodated if not already held)

Working Hours :
8 : 00 – 16 : 30 40 Hour Working Week
Annual Leave :
21 Days Annual Holidays (Increasing to 23 days after 2 years' service)

On Site- ROI, Predominantly Dublin (M50 Catchment)
