About Us

LOTUS HOUSING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED undertakes new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout Dublin and Cork. We are seeking experienced Joiners for workshop and site-based joinery.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and fit bespoke joinery items such as doors, frames, windows, units and panels

Measure, cut and assemble timber and sheet materials to specification

Read and interpret workshop drawings and cutting lists

Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely

Ensure a high standard of finish and quality control

Work collaboratively with site managers, carpenters and other trades

Requirements

Recognised joinery qualification or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Joiner (workshop and/or site)

Ability to work from detailed drawings and measurements

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Knowledge of health & safety requirements in construction/joinery environments
