What You'll Do :

Lead a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, dietitians, psychologists & health coaches

Oversee clinical governance, quality, and patient safety frameworks

Deliver individual patient consultations and shape scalable care pathways

Collaborate with product, tech, and commercial teams to embed clinical excellence into digital services

Drive innovation using clinical insights and emerging healthcare trends

Represent the company externally as a clinical thought leader

What We're Looking For :

Medical degree + >

5 years' clinical experience

IMC Specialist Registration

Membership of Irish College of General Practitioners MICGP

Certification in Obesity Medicine (SCOPE)

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement initiatives

Strong understanding of digital health, compliance, and data-driven healthcare

Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
