Need help fixing shelves and hooks on walls

Hi, I recently moved into a new home and need someone experienced to help me fix several shelves and hooks securely on the walls. The walls are a mix of drywall and plaster, so I want to make sure everything is mounted properly and safely. I have all the materials ready, just need a skilled person to do the installation. Ideally, someone who can also advise on the best anchors to use would be great. Looking for a reliable and careful handyman.
