Site Manager Mechanical Oversee the delivery of high-quality Mechanical construction projects across NI-UK-ROI-Europe. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor supervision and coordination Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor progress against project schedules, identifying and resolving delays or issues Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal departments to maintain effective communication Oversee quality control to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards Manage materials, plant, and labour resources efficiently Prepare site reports and attend project meetings as required Drive a positive safety culture on site Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry (commercial, residential, or civil works) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of construction processes, H&S legislation, and quality standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in MS Office and site management software (desirable) Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer Salary ££££ (depending on experience) Company vehicle provided Opportunity to work with a reputable main contractor on diverse projects Career development and progression opportunities Skills : Strong leadership skills Problem-solving Ability to coordinate people and materials IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Appointed Contract Manager will discuss all elements of the role brief with the appointee on appointment and after six months, recognising that some elements may need changing.
