AML / KYC Analyst

Location : Wexford, Ireland

Department : AML / KYC

Job Type : Permanent, Hybrid

Hours : 37.5 hours per week

The position

As AML / KYC Analyst at CSC (Ireland) you will be part of the Compliance team, providing support in performing, inter alia, AML / KYC analysis and risk assessments for clients, third parties, shareholders and AML / KYC operational tasks on investment transactions. The role will support Luxembourg and Ireland as well other CSC locations.

Position

As AML / KYC Analyst you will be responsible for a wide range of activities :

  • Performing AML / KYC collection, analysis and risk assessments for clients and third parties (. transfer agents, portfolio managers, investment advisors, distribution channels,
  • Contribute to AML / KYC operational tasks on investment transactions
  • Contribute to the maintenance of KYC data in the information systems for the purposes of keeping up-to-date information in the context of the KYC measures and controls
  • Ongoing monitoring on AML / KYC matters
  • Work in line with internal procedures and under the guidance of the Manager
  • Support the Compliance Officer and the AML Reporting Officer
  • Support regulatory and audit reviews when required
  • Support on AML / KYC projects
  • Support the CSC business AIFM / fund management company

Profile

  • You hold a degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration
  • At minimum 2-3 years of experience in a compliance, AML  /  KYC, preferable within the fund industry
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and capable of organizing your priorities and working within tight deadlines
  • Experience in working with an ability to multi task and to work calmly under pressure
  • Understanding and dealing with the changing regulatory environment
  • Handling complex queries
  • Are pro-active, with have the ability to take initiatives and ownership
  • Are true team players with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to listen and learn from others
  • Flexibility, adaptability, reliability and commitment
  • Sense of initiative and problem-solving approach and having attention to details
  • Have excellent communication skills vis-à-vis clients, providers, and within the Group
