This role is based in our Dundalk office 5 days per week and is ineligible for remote working. The QA Manager is responsible for quality assurance processes by encouraging continuous improvement and solving quality problems, recommend corrective actions and manage direct reports Responsibilities
- Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
- Presenting test improvements and developments in meetings
- Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients
- Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
- Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
- Capability as a Test Manager
- Manage team efficiently
- Provide QA guidance in-accordance with Kaseya's goals
- Learn new skills and stay aware of new technologies and Tools

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences & Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering field
