About the Role ISS Recruitment is seeking skilled Cabinet Makers / Joiners to join a specialist joinery group producing high-end bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and architectural joinery for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Ireland. This is an opportunity to work with one of Irelands leading names in joinery, where precision craftsmanship, detail, and finish are at the heart of every project. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and architectural joinery to the highest standards. Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and client specifications. Carry out precise fitting, scribing, veneering, and finishing. Operate woodworking machinery (including panel saws, routers, edge banders, CNCs). Work both in the workshop and on-site installations across Ireland. Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail on every project. Collaborate with a skilled and competitive team to meet deadlines. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in high-end cabinet making or bespoke joinery. Strong technical knowledge of traditional and modern joinery methods. Proven ability to deliver premium finishes under tight deadlines. Experience with luxury residential or commercial fit-outs desirable. Full clean drivers licence and flexibility to travel nationwide. Positive, team-oriented attitude with pride in craftsmanship. Benefits & Package €45,000 €50,000 salary, with the chance to earn €10,000+ in overtime annually. Private accommodation provided at €500 / month (vs local rates of €1,100€1,200) worth up to €8,800 savings per year. Company vehicle provided. High-end tools supplied by the employer.
