Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is required to perform the necessary activities in the Central Operations area at FBD Head Office assisting in a wide range of general business functions.
Job Overview
o Processing of customer documentation.
o Policy Cancellations and suspensions.
o Assisting and resolving customer queries.
o Administration for claims department
o Quotes for specialized products.
o Liaising with various areas of the business.
o Ensuring internal controls are applied appropriately.
o Supporting internal and external customers to agreed service levels in line with the Central Bank & regulatory requirements
o General activities complementary or ancillary to the responsibilities listed together with such other tasks reasonably requested by the area team leader or management.
o Support for Main Reception area when required to include maintaining switchboard, greeting visitors, etc.
o Cross functional support as requested to other areas of Central operations such as post and account duties.
Education
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experiences
1-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment or similar role is essential.
Competencies
This role sits within Pay Band A of FBD’s General Support Functions' Pay band
This role is being offered on a 12 month FTC
