We are currently recruiting a

Senior MICE Sales Manager

to join our team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities :

Attend morning briefing with M&E Team when on site, support M&E Team on Conversion

Work collaboratively with other sales channels

Conduct monthly site inspections

Manage the Sports Market for the hotel

Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiatives / incentives to close business

Attend networking events, overseas tradeshows, and sales missions for the MICE market and where applicable

Work with Local DMCs to arrange US Direct Sales Missions

Develop and manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provide forecasting reports

Generate new leads from Creation reports and Lost Business Reports

Manage the annual performance management process, in line with the Leadership Capability Framework

The successful candidate will have :

Hospitality Management / BSc

A strong understanding of hotel operations

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Previous experience in 4 / 5

• hotels

Passion, energy, enthusiasm

Good presentation and influencing skills

The ability to work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask many projects and initiatives while adhering to tight timelines

Focus on the US market, with occasional assistance with larger business from ROW

A structured and organized approach to work planning
