Role Overview : We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join the team at Aunty Lenas.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and a love for working in a vibrant, fast-paced pub environment.

Key Responsibilities : Customer Service : Provide a warm and engaging experience to every guest, building rapport with locals and visitors alike.

Drinks Service : Confidently pour pints, serve drinks, and prepare basic mixed beverages in a fast, efficient manner.

Bar Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times.

Team Support : Work closely with fellow team members and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Product Knowledge : Stay up to date with our drinks menu and promotions to offer recommendations to customers.

Compliance : Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies.

Qualifications : Previous bartending experience in a busy pub or bar setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude.

Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.

Must have previous experience working in Ireland.

Fluent English.
