Payment Processing Analyst

An exciting opportunity has come up with a multinational investment bank and financial services company based in Dublin.

This company is seeking a Payment Processing Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct and manage research to identify unusual financial transactions affecting the company and clients.

Approve and process fund transfers globally using location-specific systems.

Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory standards.

Streamline processes for efficiency and maintain strict adherence to company policies.

Optimise team structure through effective resource management and skill alignment.

Mentor and evaluate team members through regular engagement and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications / work experience.

Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capability to lead and motivate a team.

Skill in prioritising tasks under pressure, supporting your team, and working independently in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines.

Customer-focused, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.

Good knowledge of or a strong interest in international clearing systems, messaging formats, and SWIFT.
