We are now seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join a new team based in our London, Nottingham, or Dublin office.
This business-facing role involves managing and supporting business applications, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes organization-wide.
Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, system releases, data integrity, and collaborating with the data analytics team to create dashboards and reports.
Key responsibilities include :
Coordinating and documenting testing of system changes, including configurations and new releases. Documenting processes and controls with business owners. Working with process owners to optimize processes and ensure correct system configurations. Acting as a SuperUser within systems to correct data within provided guidelines, primarily for VIPR's Intarga (Contract Management, Onboarding, and Underwriting Workflow), Intrali (Bordereaux Processing), and AutoRek. The ideal candidate will have experience in a business-facing role managing stakeholders at peer and higher levels, with a background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
They should possess excellent SQL and / or PowerBI skills, experience with workflow tools, process documentation and design, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in the insurance sector is essential, and prior team leadership experience is advantageous but not required.
