Salary : Negotiable (c. €35k DOE)

The Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our client's growing team in Donnybrook. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their insurance career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) . You will work with a mix of high-end SME clients including retail, hospitality, property owners, and office-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries over the phone and via email
• Assist with claims handling and case follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to senior account handlers and brokers
• Work on a range of personal lines and commercial SME business (approx. €10k premiums)
• Use Relay software to maintain and update client information
• Support the processing of new business leads and renewals
• Deliver excellent service in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
