This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders to deliver insights, improve performance, and drive strategic decision-making.

This hybrid role offers the perfect balance 3 days in our Kilkenny office and 2 days working from home, along with a supportive and collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.

Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and trends.

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Assist in variance analysis and performance reporting for senior management.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

About You 3+ years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (experience with BI tools a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or part-qualified) preferred.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
