Privacy Specialist Cork About Your New Employer Our client, a world-renowned, multi-national tech company are looking for a Privacy Specialist to join their team in Cork.

This is a full-time, hybrid, 6-month contract role that involves working for the Privacy and Compliance team.

The ideal candidate is efficient, organised, as experience working in a fast-paced environment and has high attention to detail.

Confidentiality and compliance with company data protection and privacy principles is a must.

About Your New Job Key Role Tasks Working with Privacyon the handling of requests from customers and employees for their personal data.

Searching specified HR systems, as well as reaching out to relevant employees to retrieve appropriate information to include in responses.

Responding to standard-level requests with appropriate pre-preparedresponsetemplates.

Escalating non-standard and exigent requests to appropriate management level.

Recording and reporting on all requests, responses, and exceptional issues arising in relevant database Recording and pulling reports on all requests, responses on the database Responding to standard requests with appropriate pre prepared responses What Skills You Need Fluent in English and a second language - verbal and written Previous experience in an admin role specifically handling high volume emails.

A background in legal studies.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience working with computers i Pad / i Mac is a bonus.
