Job descriptionManaging the day-to-day operations of the tool hire business, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Developing and implement strategies to drive sales and grow the customer base. Leading, motivating, and managing a team of staff, ensuring high performance and professional development. Overseeing stock management, including procurement, maintenance, and availability of tools and equipment. Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profit margins, and take necessary actions to achieve targets. Proven experience in a management role within the tool hire or construction industry Excellent leadership and people management abilities. Good understanding of tool and equipment hire, including stock control and maintenance. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the industry.
