• Responsibilities : Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.

Demonstrate creativity and passion for working with locally sourced ingredients.

Maintain a strong knowledge of dietary requirements and stay up to date with industry trends.

Uphold high standards in line with HACCP regulations.

Requirements : Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take direction.

Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
