Service Administrator We are working with a service provider organisation in Swords who are looking for aService Administrator to join their growing team. As a Service Administrator you will be a key part of the commercial success. You will be supporting the Service Team and customers across various industries from retail to pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. You will work in a fast paced, customer focused office handling service requests, manage contracts and ensuring their customers receive the best support. For you : €45,000 DOE Monday to Friday Fully stocked canteen Parking onsite Key Requirements : Plan, schedule and oversee the daily workflow of service orders for our nationwide team. Handle inbound calls and emails, ensuring all customer queries and service requests are managed efficiently. Contact customers to secure work order approvals, contract agreements, and service renewalswith a strong focus on commercial awareness and customer engagement. Assist in identifying potential upsell opportunities, contract extensions, and service agreements to support business growth. Participate in daily meetings with the Service Team Lead. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service while also recognizing opportunities for additional business. Use internal CRM systems to track service contracts, machine performance, customer details, and consumable orders. Track and report on service team achievements, KPIs, and workflow efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement. Oversee key service-related tasks, including certification renewals, vehicle checklists, and workflow planning for annual leave. Qualifications & Experience : Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a service-driven, sales, or reactive environment. If you have experience within the motor, mechanical or engineering industries this would be an advantage. A commercial thinker who understands customer needs and can contribute to both service efficiency and business growth. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep processes running smoothly. Strong PC skills, including CRM software, MS Office Suite, Teams, and customer portals. Confident in both written and verbal communication, including professional phone and email interactions. Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels, from business owners to engineering teams and retail managers. Works well in a team environment but also takes initiative in improving processes and exploring commercial opportunities.
