Procurement Manager

Overview

Procurement Manager role at Keelings.

On-site in St. Margaret's.

You will be responsible for driving strategic procurement and category growth, managing budgets, sourcing, stock, and supplier partnerships to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Work cross-functionally to align pricing, logistics, and NPD, with strong commercial and FMCG expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic procurement and sourcing plans.

Manage budgets, pricing, and profitability targets.

Oversee stock planning, utilization, and reporting.

Build and maintain strong supplier and customer partnerships.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive category growth and NPD.

Coordinate freight, logistics, and transport to ensure smooth operations.

Support continuous improvement projects and category innovation.

What You'll Need

Commercial & Analytical Acumen – strong financial, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership & Collaboration – ability to lead cross-functional teams and build supplier partnerships.

FMCG & Procurement Expertise – proven experience in category management, stock planning, and procurement within FMCG.
