Responsibilities Manage aircraft transitions across APAC, overseeing budgets, MROs, airworthiness coordination, and customer interface Lead technical negotiations in leasing transactions, ensuring robust asset protection Oversee due diligence, inspections, and technical approvals related to maintenance and reserve claims Support cross-functional teams on asset risk, pricing, and deal execution Requirements At least 7+ years' experience in aircraft leasing technical operations, transitions, or asset management Degree in engineering or FAA / EASA licence required Strong project leadership and commercial acumen are essential A market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate.
