Role & Responsibilities : Repair damaged trailer panels, including dent removal, welding, and realignment.

Replace damaged body panels when necessary.

Use industry-standard tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their original shape and safety specifications.

Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.

Carry out touch-ups and refinishing as required.

Conduct final quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Keep up-to-date with new techniques, technologies, and materials in the automotive repair industry.

Ideal Candidate : 5 years experience in Panel Beating.

Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and automotive paint systems.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Full, clean driving license is preferred.
