Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial oversight from cost planning to final account.

• Monthly forecasting CVR preparation cash flow projections and earned value analysis.

• Subcontractor procurement contract negotiation and claims management.

• Liaise with internal teams clients councils and support junior staff development.

What Were Looking For:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Sound knowledge of contracts and current construction law.

• Commercial reporting and negotiation skills; ability to manage teams and deadlines.
