Job Title : Project Manager – Fit Out

Location :  Dublin

Job Type : Full-time / Permanent / Contract

Industry : Construction / Interior Fit-Out

Salary :  €80,000 +

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality fit-out projects across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out works from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all phases of the fit-out project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion and handover.
  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, and consultants to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Develop detailed project programs, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale.

Requirements :

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role within the fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out methodologies, materials, and construction practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel across project sites in Ireland.
