Are you APA qualified and are you ready for a new challenge? In this role, you’ll manage claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.

Location :   Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days on site)

Salary :   €31,000 - €38,000 DOE If you have Claims handling experience salary can be higher.

You’ll work closely with customers, brokers, and service providers to deliver a positive claims experience, while helping to detect any potential fraudulent claims.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage claims from notification to closure.
• Handle phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
• Work with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
• Provide technical advice on claims processes and next steps.
