Main Duties Kitchen Assistant

Prepping ingredients for dishes

Washing and slicing fruit and vegetables

Cooking ingredients according to directions received from chef

Keeping all pots, pans and kitchen utensils clean and in order

Managing store rooms and cold rooms

Requirements

• Relevant food handling / prep experience in deli / Kitchen environment
• Communicable / intermediate level of English
• Permission to work and reside in Ireland
• Flexibility to work morning / evening shifts as required both mid week and weekends
• Ability to reliably commute / own transport
