Role Overview Were looking for a senior finance leader to oversee reporting, planning, and business partnering across the Division. This role combines technical financial expertise with strategic insight and people leadership, ensuring the business has accurate information, strong controls, and clear direction for growth. What Youll Do Financial Leadership Deliver accurate monthly accounts and insightful performance reporting. Ensure compliance with FRS102 and maintain strong internal controls. Oversee capital and biological asset management, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Drive improvements in finance processes, systems, and templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Business Partnering Build strong relationships with operational teams to provide financial challenge and guidance. Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Assess investment opportunities and support strategic projects through robust financial modelling. Simplify reporting and provide clear, actionable insights to drive performance. Requirements Qualified accountant with proven financial management experience. Strong commercial and technical accounting knowledge. Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills. Adaptable, detail-focused, and results-driven.
