What youll do - Build and manage a 360 recruitment desk for the Spanish-speaking market.

• Source, screen, and interview bilingual candidates (Spanish / English) for permanent and contract roles.
• Develop client relationships; take job briefs and advise on hiring strategy.
• Run the full process : adverts, shortlists, interview prep / feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Hit and exceed activity / revenue KPIs; keep CRM, compliance, GDPR / right-to-work records spotless.
• Market map, talent pool, and create compelling content for candidates and clients.

What youll bring - Fluent / Native Spanish and strong business English (written & spoken).

Compensation & benefits - Base salary : €34,000 + uncapped commission structure.
