Construction Planner – Join a Leading Residential Developer!!

Are you an ambitious Construction Planner looking to make an impact with one of the top residential developers in the industry? This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects, shape timelines, and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional residential developments.

Location : Dublin, Ireland

Salary : up to €90,000

Type : Permanent full-time

  • Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience in Ireland

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing and maintaining master construction programmes across all projects.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support project planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to phasing plans, handover strategies, and project controls implementation.
  • Develop and update the Master Program dashboard , proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with design teams, PMO, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support scheduling and programming for both live and non-live sites from concept to completion.

    • Who You Are :

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Level 8 or equivalent).
  • Experience in construction planning , ideally in residential development .
  • Familiarity with scheduling and programming software (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised , and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required , with own transport.
