KNOW THE ROLE

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Associate for our concessions at Brown Thomas and Arnotts. The Sales Associate will assist with daily operations, maintain high standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, sales support, and delivering excellent customer service.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of inventory systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility in work schedule
