Enterprise Architect

Our Dublin based client is looking for an Enterprise Service Architect to join their team to take the lead in the design and implementation of comprehensive IT service strategies. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of comprehensive IT service frameworks, including defining service models, support structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and transition strategies. Work closely with teams across Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery to ensure a seamless integration of service strategies. Ensure that all service designs adhere to best practices and compliance standards, including ITIL, NIST, and NIS2, while maintaining full compatibility with the ServiceNow platform. Design and implement innovative, greenfield services, while also refining existing services to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall user experience. Create detailed and consistent documentation for service designs, models, and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders. Contribute to the organisations governance and compliance processes, ensuring service design standards are maintained throughout the company. Key Requirements : Proven experience in leading IT service design and architecture, including service models, SLAs, support frameworks, and service transitions. Strong knowledge of ITIL, NIST, NIS2 frameworks, and industry-standard practices for service design and management. Extensive experience working across cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project Delivery. Expertise in developing both new service models from the ground up and improving existing services to drive operational efficiencies and compliance.
