Role : BID Manager Location : NI MonFri A growing UK & Ireland construction company is seeking a Bid Manager to take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to producing high-quality, competitive submissions.
The role offers scope to build and lead a dedicated bids function over time.
Key Responsibilities : Monitor procurement portals and identify new opportunities Lead preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and tenders Write and tailor CVs, case studies, and capability documents Maintain bid library and templates Support business development activities and growth strategies Establish bid management best practices Requirements : Proven bid management experience within Civil Engineering, ideally in contracting Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Commercial mindset and collaborative approach Ambitious, adaptable, and driven Package : Competitive salary with 30 days holidays, contributory pension, enhanced sick pay, income protection, life assurance, personal development plan, and career progression opportunities.
