Salary : €90k-€110k+, strong bonus and full range of benefits Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the execution of complex technology and process optimisation initiatives.

You will be responsible for driving projects across their full lifecycle—from scoping and planning through to delivery and post-implementation support—ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology and process projects.

Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimised solutions.

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and action logs.

Manage project timelines, risks, change requests, and documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, test, and validate solutions.

Coordinate external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Produce regular project performance and status reports.

Oversee successful launch and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Conduct vendor evaluations and manage implementation of third-party solutions.

Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Comfortable managing risk, change, and competing priorities.

Excellent communicator, capable of influencing at all levels.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to leadership and improvement.

Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
