Beauty Sales Advisor

Monroe Recruitment are hiring! We are seeking Part-time Sales Advisorsto be based in Dublin Airportacross the Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance Departments. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets for launches / promotions by collaborating with niche Luxury, Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance brands. The ideal candidates should be fully flexible due to early morning shifts from 5am & weekends. What we look for : 1year+ experience as Beauty sales advisor or similar role Proven record of achieving Sales Targets and KPI's Must be able to work on their own initiative and or as part of a team Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail Individuals who have great confidence, positive energy and a passion for all things Beauty / Skincare and Fragrance Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Working as part of the team to meet our sales objectives Responsibilities : Have the ability to demonstrate beauty products on shop-floor, (i.e., applying serums, concealers etc.) Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products) Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences Set-up counters / booths for promotions / new launches Maintaining an awareness of the latest trends in beauty Inform customers on prices and special offers Assisting in keeping the department merchandised and stocked Achieving & Reporting Sales targets & KPIs Hygiene & Housekeeping : Ensuring counters, make-up brushes & Accessories are always clean and maintaining stock level in store Represent the ethos of Monroe Recruitment and the image of all luxury brands at all times Please note : there is no sponsorship / no relocation package for this role.
