Responsibilities
- On-boarding new clients.
- Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
- Reviewing product usage.
- Decreasing customer churn.
- Provide feedback on how to be use the software.
- Customer communications.
- Identify up-selling opportunities.
Requirements
2 years experienced in technical or a SaaS customer account / service role.
