Catering Supervisor and Assistant

We install kitchens / canteens in our schools and provide an onsite food service.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Catering Assistant in  Scoil Bhride, Ashlin Rid, Townlands, Midleton, Co. Cork

Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods : midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.

The position of  full time Catering assistant  is approx 28-30 hours Monday to Friday. Shift time approx 8.00am / 8.30am - 2.30pm. All shift times are subject to the needs of the business.

This roles involves the preparation hot lunches made fresh onsite every day, delivery of these to the classroom, and clean down.

Strong time management, people management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.

Previous catering and Supervisory experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
