Director, Leasing Product We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Leasing Product to shape and drive the future of our Leasing portfolio. This role partners closely with the VP of Leasing Productsto identify market opportunities, enhance product offerings, and lead the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. As a key leader, you will collaborate across functions to deliver integrated solutions, ensure strong market performance, and optimize financial outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-driven professional ready to shape the future of Leasing. What Youll Do Lead market research and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities. Support the development of new Leasing products, business models, and value drivers. Drive roadmap planning, business case development, and financial forecasting. Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate buy vs. build options and ensure seamless market execution. Define and monitor Leasing KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to refine strategy. Collaborate with Marketing, Remarketing, and other product leaders to deliver a cohesive, client-focused Leasing lifecycle. What Were Looking For 10+ years of leasing industry experience, ideally in financial services, operations, or customer service with a degree or equivalent business experience. Strong business acumen with proven success in product strategy and execution. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement expertise. Ability to influence at all levels and lead cross-functional initiatives.
