Alldus are supporting a leading Cybersecurity & Privacy consultancy in Ireland with a Program Delivery Lead contract.

They require a Program Lead / Manager with a strong passion for privacy, security, and digital transformation.

You will oversee multiple project streams focused on security hardening and enterprise-wide digital transformation.

This is a high-impact role ensuring compliance, governance, and robust cybersecurity measures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and security projects.

Ensure privacy-first principles are embedded across all initiatives.

Oversee multiple project streams, aligning with security and compliance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Implement best practices for risk management, governance, and security hardening.

Drive enterprise-wide digital efficiency while ensuring data protection best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in program delivery within privacy, security, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of GDPR, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk management.

Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects within the public or private sector.

Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and align projects with compliance requirements.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
