Unser Kunde baut sein Trust & Safety Team weiter aus und sucht einen erfahrenen Quality Expert Reviewer, der die Moderationsqualität in Workflows mit sensiblen Inhalten auf das nächste Level hebt.
Diese Rolle geht über klassische Content Moderation hinaus. Der Fokus liegt auf Quality Assurance, präziser Policy-Anwendung und Coaching von Moderatoren, um sicherzustellen, dass komplexe Entscheidungen mit höchster Genauigkeit getroffen werden.

- Durchführung detaillierter Qualitätsprüfungen von Moderationsentscheidungen über mehrere Workflows hinweg
- Prüfung sensibler Inhalte (Hassrede, Gewaltandrohungen, Selbstverletzung, sexuelle Inhalte, Betrug, Ausbeutung, gefährliche Organisationen)
- Bewertung eskalierter oder risikoreicher Fälle hinsichtlich korrekter und konsistenter Policy-Anwendung
- Bereitstellung strukturierter, umsetzbarer Feedbacks für Moderatoren
- Identifikation von Fehlertrends, Policy-Lücken und Trainingsbedarf
- Unterstützung von Kalibrierungssessions zur Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards
- Anwendung kultureller und regionaler Kenntnisse des deutschen Marktes bei differenzierten Entscheidungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations- und Policy-Teams zur Sicherung hoher Qualitätsstandards
- Erreichen täglicher Produktivitäts- und Qualitätsziele
Dies ist eine kritische QA-Rolle, keine klassische Moderationsposition.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Content Moderation (zwingend erforderlich)
- Fließendes Deutsch (C1+) und sehr gutes Englisch (C1+)
- Starke Fähigkeiten in Policy-Interpretation und Entscheidungsfindung
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Emotionale Belastbarkeit beim Umgang mit sensiblen Inhalten
- Fähigkeit, klares und konstruktives Feedback zu geben
- Bereitschaft, in einem schnellen, zielorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten
- 40 Stunden pro Woche (Mo–So, 08:00–19:00 Schichten)
- 4 Wochen Onsite-Training (kein Urlaub in den ersten 8 Wochen möglich)
- Vollständig vor Ort im Dublin City Centre
- Hintergrundüberprüfung erforderlich
