Sous Chef

Castle Dargan Resort Limited T/A Castle Dargan Estate, Ballygawley, Co. Sligo, F91 F2DN, Ireland is looking for a Sous Chef. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef. Experience working in a busy 4 star or 5 star kitchen is essential and must be a team player. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard and presentation.
