Senior Structural Engineer

Headcount Solutions are seeking to recruit aSenior Structural Engineer for one of our multinational clients in Dublin. Dublin or Cork Based. Contract : 12 Months Role The role of Senior Structural Engineer will involve undertaking structural design and calculations, working with revit designers, managing the junior engineers and collaborating with other disciplines within the design team. Working as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be part of a civil and structural team of engineers and designers working to develop, coordinate and finalise structural design deliverables, We have an experienced team of engineers and designers, and as a senior engineer you will gain experience in Life Sciences projects and get an opportunity to work with our in-house discipline teams as well as having engagement with our clients and construction management teams. Specific Duties required for this Role : Proficient with Eurocode design; Competency with structural design software (we typically use STAAD / Tekla / Robot) Have experience working on multi discipline design projects, and have used Navisworks / Revizto softwares; Have good communication skills; Industrial design experience a plus; Be able to provide mentorship / guidance to junior engineers; Attend internal design team and model review meetings.
