In this role, you'll be the driving force on site, helping to lead teams and coordinate works to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to BAM's industry-leading standards. You will develop hands-on leadership skills, learn how to manage resources effectively, and play a central role in creating safe, efficient, and high-quality sites. Who are we looking for? We're looking for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland. You should be studying for (or have just completed) a relevant degree in Construction Management at an Irish third-level institute or University.
