Scrum Master Location : Dublin (Hybrid) Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scrum Master to join a forward-thinking technology team, delivering innovative AI and analytics solutions. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across multiple pods, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, and timely execution. Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Work with Product Owners to align priorities, manage releases, and ensure business goals are met. Support the development and industrialisation of AI and analytics products, promoting experimentation and adaptability. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data insights into clear business outcomes. Requirements 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead. Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proven experience on large-scale projects. Excellent understanding of data and analytics concepts. Background in leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
