Overview

KYC Compliance Analyst – 6 Month Contract - €61,700 per annum pro rata – Hybrid in Dublin 15

Join the Compliance Operations team responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance, production and development of the company's AML / KYC program.

This position requires handling extensive research and supporting other team members as a Compliance Analyst.

Responsibilities

Perform Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk customers and resolve customer account issues, following internal SLAs and quality standards.

Analyse financial transaction activity and document review findings.

Prepare written analyses for all assigned high-risk customers.

Resolve AML / KYC referrals from external payment advisors / vendors as directed.

Become an expert in regulatory requirements in AML / KYC and other compliance due diligence functions.

Collaborate with teammates and managers to provide input on policies and procedures and other initiatives.

Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance Operations to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience working in financial fraud / compliance operations, specialising in AML / KYC

Strong research and analytical skills, with good attention to detail

Comfortable working within established service level agreements

Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team and cross-functional environment, across multiple locations and time zones

Availability to work 40 hours a week; weekend and / or different shifts patterns may be required

Salary : up to €61,700 per annum pro rata
