Asset & Property Services Manager (Housing) Dublin City, D1 €60-70k + Package Required for housing organisation based in Dublin City. Responsibilities Managing and leading the Property & Asset Function of the organisation, with line management responsibility for the Building & Facilities Officer and any future posts that may be introduced as the organisation grows. Overseeing the implementation of Asset Management Strategy Appointing and overseeing contractors in the provision of responsive repairs service, cyclical and planned maintenance, with responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and delivery of asset management for all assets which include housing, communal and landlord spaces. Providing a high-level oversight to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Senior Management Team on matters relating to asset management. This is particularly important in the areas of statutory and regulatory compliance and also in regard to financial planning & reporting. Providing property technical advice across the organisation.
